October 5th

10 weeks - I love her little toes in this picture.

I love Gilmore Girls. I've watched the entire series maybe 4 times, and the first 3 seasons (#teamjess) waaaay more. So when I saw that coffee shops around the country were going to transform into Luke's Diner for one day, I begged to go. So yes, we drove an hour for coffee, but it was totally worth it.

The coffee shop was adorable, and right on the water. Couldn't ask for a better view with your coffee.

October 4th

They are currently obsessed with "Room on a Broom". They watch the show at least 3 times a day, and we have to read the book just as much. Harrison runs around saying "witch witch dragon"

October 3rd

Now that it's October, we only have a year left here in sunny Hawaii. We decided to make a final countdown list of our top 5 things we want to do before then. (And made some for the littles too)

Mommy

• Enjoy a cocktail from a pineapple (or coconut)
• Swim with dolphins
• Find a swing on the beach
• Go to Paradise Cove and (hopefully) swim with sea turtles again
• Visit the Byodo-In Temple

Daddy

• Swim with Sharks
• Go Snorkeling
• Go surfing
• Watch a sunrise on the beach
• Kokohead Hike

Ethan

• Eat Breakfast at the Aulani Resort (Disney Character Breakfast)
• Eat Shaved Ice from Matsumoto (Supposed to be the best!)
• Kayak
• Stand Up Paddle Board again
• Do the Maze at the Pineapple Plantation with no map (Help us!!)

We'd also like to go to at least one different beach a month, and hit all our favorites again. It's harder to go with Millie, but in a few months she should be liking it!

Happy October!

Baby girl isn't going to fit in this outfit Granny bought her at the end of the month lol. I better take pictures this week! It's so cute though :)

66 Days Old!

September 30th (Bellows Air Force Beach)

I think Bellows might be the prettiest beach we have gone to. At least in a long while. Bill's company had a picnic out there, and even though we were missing Ethan, the little boys had fun playing in the sand for a few hours. Millie was a great baby too, she slept in her little beach tent pretty much the entire time we were down there.

65 Days Old

Then when we got home, Daddy decided we should go to Chuck E Cheese because they were so good at the beach ( and we owed them from last weekend when the car broke down). Ethan won two jackpots, and Lincoln won one. They had just short of 1,000 tickets. The big prizes? A small bouncy ball, a chuck e cheese figure, 2 plastic lizards & a jelly bracelet. A beach ball was 2,000 tickets!! What the crap.. I ended up buying Ethan cotton candy and he let the littles have the lovely prizes. Such a nice big brother :) Millie liked it too, she was peeking out of the tula to watch the lights. Harrison of course chased the characters around hugging them. He particularly liked the chef tonight.

September 29th

64 Days!

Things I learned today:

1. I will never get 4 kids to look and smile at the same time.
2. Don't buy the $10 photo backdrops if you have crazy children who will pee on it & rip it on the first day.
3. My kids are cute no matter the backdrop :)
4. Don't store your credit card info in your kid's ipad.
